I am a sophomore at Stanford University studying math and economics. I was born and raised in the California Bay Area by immigrant parents and went through 12 years of public schooling. I have been an English tutor for over 5 years and have been using language to help students craft authentic, unique branding for themselves in college applications.
I underwent the college admissions process myself as a senior in the 2023-2024 academic year, and I hope to help others during this challenging, and often confusing, time.
I support students through the entire college application process: researching schools, completing the Common App and University of California (UC) Portals, winning awards, strengthening extracurriculars, polishing essays, preparing for interviews, etc.
I have also worked with a wide range of students, from elementary school to graduate school applicants. I have worked with students passionate about engineering and science, to students passionate about public policy and the arts.
College decisions are life changing, and I aim to support students' entire academic career. I focus on building applications around a student's personhood, highlighting the intersection of their experiences, ambitions, and strengths that make them stand out amongst thousands of applicants.
